Rachele and Mark

Rachele, Mark and a few of their closest friends and family traveled to Montana to enjoy the wide open spaces at the gorgeous Paws Up Resort. It was raining until just before the ceremony when the skies brightened just in time for Rachele and Mark to walk down the aisle on the banks of the Blackfoot River. At the last minute Rachele decided to replace her waiting bouquet with a bunch of fresh lilacs from the property. They were such a beautiful deep purple and so fragrant... good call! After the ceremony everyone loaded up in horse-drawn wagons for a ride in to the wilderness country with champagne of course! Next everyone warmed up by the campfire and made some impromptu smores hor'dourves ... yum chocolate before dinner! I love it! Later we headed over to Pomp for an incredible dinner. It was so much fun getting to know Rachele and Mark and to see them enjoy Montana and incorporate the West into their wedding. They brought cowboy hats for everyone to wear! Thanks so much for including me!

Rodeo with David Stoecklein

Despite the rude weather this weekend (snow!!!) I had a great time photogrpahing the Wilsall Rodeo on Saturday evening. And was I in good company... the amazing photographer David Stoecklein was there with me and a group of other photographers. David was great, so nice, funny and very generous with his knowlege. I know we were all glad we braved the cold.
