Emily and Mike get married!

Against all odds Emily and Mike had a beautiful, mostly sunny day for their wedding at Chico Hot Springs.  A few raindrops fell but certainly didn't dampen anyone's spirits!  Mike and Emily exchanged personal vows in a beautiful ceremony that featured Clifford as the super-handsome ring bearer.  (See this post for more of Clifford.)

Emily wore the same dress that her grandmother wore on her wedding day!


























The ladies in the wedding party wore custom jewelry made from vintage pieces, designed by a friend of the bride.

Emily and Mike

I'm back in the swing of things!

After a lovely couple of months hiatus, focusing more time on home and family, I am refreshed and inspired.  I jumped back into the wedding season, photographing Emily and Mike (with special guest "Clifford") for their engagement. The wedding is in just a couple of weeks... I'm glad Mother Nature is saving up the NICE weather for them!

In all seriousness they are a wonderful couple and I think we all enjoyed the time outside.  Mmmm, except maybe Clifford, he wasn't allowed to get muddy!
